Refund Policy
Except for the cancellation policy described below, all payments and fees are non-refundable and final. It is expected that all customers or clients will assess each offer, product or service of IGS services by reviewing our website descriptions in advance of retention, purchase or registration. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of all online advertising services MUST take place within 14 days of your order being placed and paid for in total and only 50% of the monies received will be refunded. To cancel please send an email stating your case for cancellation together with receipt or order number, full name, contact number and address. Cancellations or postponements of a coaching, content project, workshop or consultancy session may be made with no penalty up to ten (7) business days prior to the start date booking or appointment scheduled. Cancellations or postponements of a coaching, content project, workshop or consultancy booking made within seven (7) business days prior to the start of the session will be assessed for any expenses or out-of-pocket costs incurred with the remainder refunded promptly to the customer or client. We will not charge for "time" lost but must charge or claim all printing, material, airport, staff, transportation or hotel booking costs incurred plus bank or credit card fees etc. IGS will communicate all incurred costs in writing and provide receipts of financial costs incurred.
Online Services
As IGS mainly provides online advertising services cancellations made within 24 hours of an order, payment or work completed carries no penalty or charge EXCEPT costs incurred to third party affiliates or companies that cannot be retrieved i.e. affiliate or mobile advertising etc. Cancellations or postponements exceeding 24hrs or more after payment, work or online display will be charged 100% of the total cost or quotation.
